The site is very known around on the internet, i think it is the major ptc site. Just that is a good reason to join. I think the site has a little few ads, and they are not worth that much, but you can have unlimited referrals. You will earn about half of what your referrals earn. I think this is a must-have site because it is so huge. The only con is that since it is so huge a lot of people already have it. Therefor i find it difficult to get referrals from referral exchange forums to neobux.
